Default no cats or no pre-cats? Just asking because in IL they do OBDII as well....
they check 'readiness' - without ant cats you will not pass readiness unless you're using some electronic way to trick the car.

Are you running test pipes (no cats anywhere)?

I have Piggie pipes and passed fine, but expected to since I have at least one set of cats in there and VAG showed "PASS" under all readiness codes.

Same here, they check OBDII and upper visual., no sniffer (yet)

What state are you in? NV doesnt have smog regulations.
