Default Gas gets cut off when applying brake?

Recently I tried to clean my rotor by applying light brake when driving constantly at 70mph, but I failed. It's because the car computer cut off gas when I apply the brake so I won't be able to have both gas and brake going on at the same time. I understand that this is part of the safety feature, but is there any way I can stop that feature? or else how do you guys do heal-toe when you cannot blip the throttle as you are braking?

Steps: (1) let off gas, then (2) apply brake, then (3) apply gas. No problem then.

Default just apply the brake then the gas...

the system is designed to make sure the 'uncommanded acceleration' of the 80's doesn't happen again. If it detects the accelerator being pushed down and then the brake for more than 3 seconds, it will cut the gas. This would be like it going out of control and you holding the brake down...

if you apply the brakes THEN the gas, it knows better.

This is just to apply brake and gas at the same time. There's no problem heel-n-toe-ing.

Default Dealer told me, to clean the brakes...

you need to apply the brakes HARD a few times. Like a couple of emergency stops from 25mph. The exact opposite of what you propose?

yup, I heard about this method also. I guess I'll try both.
