Default Goddam Audi dealers suck

I bring my car in to get the valve cover leak and headlight washer fixed under Audi Assured warranty. First, the service advisor thinks its an A6. Then he tells me the washer nozzle might not be under warranty. Then he says they'll charge $150/hour to lube my door seals and fix a rattle, and it will take him at least 4 hours to do that.

To top it all off, they have no loaners, so they set me up with Enterprise on site with a minivan for $70/day. Great customer service guys.

I'm gonna roll this freaking thing by accident or get rear ended trying to merge, what a POS.

Default Were you at Rector today?

I dropped my car off for 30k service today plus a brake issue. They agreed to fix the rotors under warranty but no pads unless I pay. Enterprise on site tried to put me in a ford focus but I declined. They found an altima four-banger for me instead. Still a piece of crap. Rector is picking up the tab for the rental, though.

Default All of that should have been covered 100%, including the loaner.

Call the service manager and explain the situation. If that doesn't work, call AoAmerica.

Default Rector, I unfortunately did not get to deal with Hector, which was a mistake

I went in there and asked for Hector, and he said he would give me off to Mike, since he was too busy. I should have requested him from the get go when I made the appointment.
