going to change the stock suspension very soon, here's what I'm pondering (long)

My 2000 has nearly 89k on it, and I've only had the car since 11/04. I can only assume that the stock dampers are getting on in age. The car is my daily driver, and may see 2-6 track days in the coming year. I'm 99% ready to commit to the H-Sport sway bar kit, especially with the $40 discount valid until tomorrow. I'm also considering the Vogtland/Koni setup purems carries. I've gone the coilover route with my previous car, and the sacrifice in everday comfort wasn't (in the end) worth the extra time I may have been picking up at the track. That's what appeals to be about the V/K kit; slightly lower, slightly stiffer, nothing extreme.
Altogher it'd be around $1190. A good deal or should I investigate other (read coilover) avenues?

Mike has always been very helpful answering my questions about suspension. You might want to give him a call.

I think its worthwhile to be able to fine tune the height
Being able to adjust the rebound is absolutely worthwhile, to get the damping characteristic you want
