After some research I have narrowed it down to this two kits.
Vast RS6 setup with fueling
Tial S605 setup with fueling (EPL)
Any comments, what would be the best choice?
I have a stock engine, and the car has the following mods
Oettinger computer
Samco hoses
Forge diverters
Forge exhaust
3" Forge Downpipes
AWE RS4 Clutch and Aluminum Flywheel
K&N filter
ECS light weight pulleys
Thanks everyone

Well no, but I just want to buy a good setup now, and that will work later when I modify internals or built a stronger engine.
Do you think that these big turbos (RS6 or Tial) will not be a good option for a stock engine?
Thanks

I'm thinking primarily from the driveability perspective. Boost onset with the TiAL 605 & RS6 options is going to be about 1000 rpm later than in a K04 car. If you're coming from a chipped K03 car that's more like 1500 rpm later. It is going to significantly change the dynamic of the car. You will be going from a car that has very quick throttle response to one that you need to downshift prior to getting the torque, or you'll be waiting (turbo lag).
Those two options are also going to lead you to a better clutch.

Thanks for your opinions Flyboy, Iīm going to research some more on KO4īs. Maybe it is the better option for me, I donīt plan to make any internal engine modifications at least a couple of years after installing the kit ($$).
I donīt use the car everyday, I only drive it about a 400 miles a month, so thatīs why I wanted something radical without modifying the engine, but you are totally right about turbo lag.
I use the car more in the city and a couple of highways, so top end speed is not what Iīm looking for, I need something more aggresive with quick response through 1st, 2nd and 3rd gear. I will enjoy the car more in short sprints.
Thanks

dude just go with either kit dont do k04...dont be afraid of a little turbo lag it leads to something too...rs6 r very similar to k04 just little more up top and dont stop at 130mph...i dont hv any experience w/ tial but heard lots of good stuff. with either the rs6/tial you can run on stock internals at lower pressure then do internals later. rods are prolly what ur lookin for bc building the top of the engine ie big port etc is expensive...and see more gains with bigger turbos like gt's or tial 770
do either rs6 or tial - call both tuners and get some insights on both setups

that is chipped probably to around 300-315 hp to a set-up that easily gets you to 500-600 hp, and you don't think you're doing any more mods for a while?
How exactly do you plan to keep this thing on the road?
Let's start with brakes and suspension, not to mention the strain your other car parts will be under if you're getting on throttle. You do plan to turn and stop the car at some point, right? Plan on upgrading these.
Things like motor mounts, transmission mounts, rear diff mount, snub mount and whatever else is holding things together will be under stresses they were not meant to see. You'll need upgrades across the board there.
Let's not forget your clutch. RS4 setup is good to what...about 400-450ft-lbs of torque. You'll fry your current clutch setup, especially if you're doing quick starts in gears 1-3.
Myself, I'm going gt25 eliminator or Tial (through 034) when I feel like I'm ready. But that means adding the costs of clutch, brakes, and a few other items to the mix. Frankly, probably the gt25 since it's about $3k less.
