Running Eibach Prokit springs/Bilstein shocks. Car sits around 1 inch lower than stock and I'm hoping not to have any rubbing issues.
What would you guys recommend ?

due to the sidewall height. However, I didn't like the look of the high sidewalls and I rubbed if I lowered beyond 1.25".
Are you considering 235's because of tirewidth? If so, then consider S03's because my 225/40-18's are wider than my Toyo T1S in 235/40-18.
Check out my pic poster: S03 225/40-18 on the RS4 Style wheels, T1S 235/40-18 on the BBS SX and a picture comparing the width of the following tires (left to right):
- Toyo Proxes T1S 235/40-18
- Bridgestone PP S03 225/40-18
- Michelin Pilot Alpin 225/45-17
