Default Nope. I'm trying not to be a baby, but why should I make the extra effort?
They want my business, they should answer their emails. I'm not asking for much. Every other company managed to answer. Thankfully there are a lot of good tuners out there to choose from.

Default epl is 2 hours from me & im using vast for the same reason
customer service (prince) is the best!

Default No call or email from you. I have answered 99% of the phone calls in the past 2 weeks.
