Mike found my mail. It was in his junk. That's just a spam filter issue on his end, No...
biggie, it's happened to all of us at some point. Not getting mail? Step 1: check junk.
As for yours bouncing back as undeliverable, that's a much more critical issue, and you are the only one to tell me that. Perhaps your server was down at the time you sent it, perhaps mine, perhaps something in the middle, who knows. Are you saying your second mail bounced but the first one didn't? I don't have a serious issue, only mail sent from you seems to be a problem. I've had the same email address since 2004 and get plenty of mail every day. Also, since this $hit$torm thread (my first flame), I've had a couple ppl tell me they've had the same experience with you. So you might want to check up on your end too.

I contacted both Vast and WMS via email and both replied promptly...
just sharing my experience as well. I'm glad for this post, it shows the importance of email customer service. I wouldn't choose to go with a tuner who doesn't answer emails over another tuner who does unless they had vastly superior products, prices, or unless they were the only place to get that specific part. The business earns the business of the consumer, not the other way around.
