More of a match for an A4 methinks?
This is from a 5 mile run I did: Me (Stock S4), A4 2.8 and RX-8
They were playing around and I was tagging along - but having no trouble keeping on their tails.

The RX-8 is so much better balanced
Not to mention, it weighs a lot less.
Yes, it's short on torque, but damn rotaries are fun... and it's leased in hopes they do another RX-7 in the future.
I'd much rather track the RX-8 modded, than the S4... and it's a fun auto-x car too.
Of course, it's no match on the street for my Stage 2+ S4.
