Default A good note for H&R Springs customer service!!!

The post below promted me to post my experience.

This past Saturday, I managed to crack my passenger front H&R strut assy when I hit a pothole. It cracked where it connects to the lower arm. I called a friend @ H&R & told him of my situation. He then proceeded to send me another assembly under warranty.

I called back today to find out the status, only to find out he sent me a complete set of front assemblies for both sides, not just the damaged one! When I asked why, he basically stated because he felt like it was the correct thing to do!

It may not seem like much, but I just wanted to share that with all of you.

Now I wonder if that would happen to a ordinary customer, not a rep. I hope so.

Default and a not so good note for their customer service. I got one of my (m)

coilovers DOA. That wasn't discovered until it was on the car. H&R wouldn't listen to me when I said it was bad, they insisted on having the garage that did the install call them about it. Once they had their proof they explained that I would have to pay for a replacement part, and once I shipped the bad part back, at my expense, they would reimburse me for the bad part, but I still had to foot the shipping bill and all of the costs associated with having their bad part removed and a good part installed. Guess what I think of their customer service.
