Don't get me wrong, I think they should honor it (<$100 here), but maybe that's why?

Default Well, I think it's BS either way...I searched their site before I placed the order, there was no

disclaimer on prices...whatever.

Default That is absolutely not true.

This is an urban legend.

Companies do not have to honor advertised prices as they are not considered an "offer". A customer wanting to buy the product at a specified price is the offer and the company agreeing to sell at that price is acceptance.

Companies that honor price mistakes are doing so for customer satisfaction.

There is no need for a disclaimer. They do not have to honor it.

Default That's kind of my point...the customer service would have been a nice gesture. This post would have

then been titled: ECS Tuning kicks A$$

Default I don't see a reason to be a jerk and give them hell about it.

Filing a suit because you tried to rip them off is proof of how bad our legal system can be.

Default Apparently sarcasm is lost on you...I'm not actually mad, I don't really care, and, while I reserve

the right to sue, I'm probalby not going to right now. Jeez man, I just thought it was a funny e-mail, that's all.
