Got pulled over in Hanover NJ Rt.10 in a road side inspection.
Cop noticed I had front tints and pulled me over and gave a ticket.
Then I waited in line for a full inspection...had like 4 cars in front
of me...including a heavily modded WRX with all the stickers.
Anyway...I failed inspection cuz...

1. had MOMO pedals...reason foot could slip when wet.
2. insert on my Rob **** II was off
3. stick on wide-angle blind spot mirror on the driver side...WTF
4. tints on the front windows.

didn't say a word about my euro's thou....strange.
passed emissions with my WM1, luckily I don't have DP's with test pipes

Question...can I go to a independent inspection station and get passed,
don't feel like taking my tints and pedal's off and then putting them back
on. Does anyone know any inspection station in NJ that would help me out?

I live in Jersey but have never come across a roadside inspection but I saw on MTV a documentary about street racers where they pull them over and line em up. They would give tickets to the kids because they didn't have any proof that say, their intake was DOT legal. And if it was, then show up in court with proof. I hate what this country has become .. Big deal about a car being a bit faster.. Go find the stolen S4s instead!
