Got quoted a little over $900 for a Euro rear bumper. Is that fair?

Got quoted a little over $900 for a Euro rear bumper. Is that fair?
I know from STFA it looks like people were getting them for around $325-$375 plus another couple hundred for shipping a few years ago... but, like I said, those posts all seem to be from awhile ago. There is one more recent post where people are telling a seller that $700 is too much, but even that was from a year or two ago.
So, now that I just started looking (my car was rear-ended yesterday), I found a shop (I believe they are an AW advertiser) who has them in stock and is asking a little over $900 ($940 shipped I think it was). So, my question is, is that a good price?
Insurance is giving me $530 for the OEM bumper cover, and I would really like to get the European one instead, but I was thinking the difference would be more like $100-$200... not sure yet if it would really be worth an extra $400 to me with all the other stage 3+ mod expenses I have coming up.
So, anyway, I figured I'd ask for some opinions from you all before I decide whether to pull the trigger or not. Since I really have no clue what the going price is on these, and I know a few of you have them, some info would definitely help. Thanks in advance :-)

Yes shipping is tough, though we have done early model, RS2 and S2 bumper GP's...
and we try to link customers up together for shipments of 2-5 bumpers to one location. Then the buyers can pickup the units at that location. We can also have units ship right to this location and picked up, also I am willing to hand deliver them up to an hour away from this location if needed, that wagon sure is handy
I am happy to do some pricing without supplier to find out what type of discounting we can do.

The last one we had in went for about $800 1 year ago
And I heard that another tuner sold one for close to $1500 soon after that.
We are looking at getting more in from a different supplier but they have not arrived at the shop yet, hopefully we can get something worked out so that we can offer agreeable pricing.
