Hit and run. We got plates though. Hopefully the guy has insurance. Bah.

There's more to it, but I don't really feel like typing it all out right now.

Anyway.... the car visually actually looks OKAY. There's a bunch of scratches on my bumper... but I'm wondering if there's anything more hidden that I should take a look at.

The impact was DEFINATELY hard It knocked my sunglasses off my head and launched my pager off my belt.

Any suggestions? The car seems to drive just fine.... I don't hear anything or see anything worse than the scratches. The bumper still seems to line up just fine.

So you may not see signs of damage on the exterior, but underneath things might need to be R&R'd.

I got the plates and filed a report with CHP. Honestly I'm not optimistic though - I'll either pay for it or my insurance will (dependent on what my rates might do...)

It's going to the shop on Monday - estimate was $3500
