FYI, Went there for a scheduled 30,000 mile service this morning. Great people, excellent service. Sticking with them going forward. This is the way it should be.

I on the other hand don't have one good thing to say about Mohegan Lake motors. I can't say anthing bad about the service department first hand but have heard some horror stories.
1st time at that dealer i went to see a corrado the salesman had no idea what the car was which is odd because its a vw/audi dealer yet he knows that he can get good money for them and that the price is not flexable. Any way after test driving the car the salesman tried to convince me that the 17 inch wheels were the reason it felt like the tranny was slipping. Lets just say my 50 hp deisel rabbit was faster.
2nd I have owned 13 vws that being the closest dealer to me and I worked in a garage down the street I got 10% discount. 9 times out of 10 the part was wrong and the parts guys were never very helpfull in finding what I needed.
3rd if I went into my wifes buying experience on a cabrio there it would only upset me too much.
4th a couple years later my 20 year old sister wants to get a cabrio. They would not even give her a pamphlet on the car. They told her "have your dad come in and we can talk about it then." Well because of that she bought her car elsewhere.
Any way I moved out of Ny and now drive an s4 an the service at my local dealer seems to be much much better[inskip in warwick RI].
