Green coolant temp sensor - failure possible after only 1 year?
I had this updated to the "new" green version last year and 6K miles ago. but I still got the following code pop up a couple of times at highway speed and moderate throttle. STFA it appears this used to be $5 part, now $20-25.

is that right? maybe it's a bad batch? only thing I've noticed is that my coolant temp
reads a bit lower than normal but I attributed it to winter and short drives.

Almost within a few months after timing belt...i thought it couldnt be the sensor since i just replaced it! Also at pureMS - nothing PureMS but might have had a bad batch
