I email the guys with a question and this was his reply.
Thank you for contacting me. Price Buy out $250.
For payment I use Western Union.
Right now I can't use Paypal because now I study
and living in Russia, and they do not support Russia.
You can send WU transfer on-line (US and Canada residents only) or
from local office.
I do transfers that way:
1. You send payment and tell me your name so I can verify transaction
but I can't collect money as I also need confirmation number
2. After I verify payment I I transfer you the full information on the account.
3. After you check everything is fine you tell me confirmation number
so I can collect money
This is secure for both of us
I heard of the western union scam over here when people are trying to sell S4s on ebay and asking people to send money through western union.
Does anyone know how to go about getting this guys.
Any input would help. Thanks

can you explain it a little more. All I got out of your post was that someone was trying to scam you with the WU dealio... Not flaming...just wondering. I know that there was the scam/spam of people just sending random ebay inquiry emails to people...I even thought someone had hacked my account...its just people trying to scam you...they didn't get into your account.

put a for sale listing on some item (a good deal according to some people that emailed me) using my ebay account. On the listing it states that "for payment and question please email XXX@yahoo.com" and that is that person's email address.
What I did is emailed that email address to see if he would reply. He did reply with the message I stated earlier.
This is BIG DEAL because this guys is trying to sell something that he may or may not have, asking people to use Western union(because you cant track it after the money is withdrawn from WU) and he/she doesnt send the item to the winner. The guys gets away with the money and I get in trouble for not having the item because it is my ebay account.
Hope that makes it clear.

once you email them. I wouldn't be too concerned that this guy will get very far with your account.
Not sure how eBay deals with your account though...whether they just lock it, or if they can reset the password for you.
