Default H&R Ultra Coilover Problem...HELP!!!!!

I had the h&r ultra coilovers installed on my audi a few months ago. I drove the car home from where they were installed which was 3 hrs. from me. The car seemed fine. As time continued I am noticing that the ride is very bouncy and I am concerened. The car tends to bounce in the front after I go over a bump and it will continue to go up in down for a few seconds after I went over the bump. I am wonder if this is normal for these coilovers or if there is a problem. I had h&r tell me to have them checked and see if they are blown shocks in the front. I was drving down a state parkway in my area last week and the car was soooo bouncy that I was not even doing 40mph and the car was going up and down like crazy. Please help!

Default looks like blowen shocks...it should not bounce .

they may be stiff but no suspension should bounce , the shocks should stop any bouncing..but ..not in your case..

Default Pull each wheel off...

If you see oil all over the shock body, you've found your defective shock.

I realize the majority of the weight is in the front of the car but besides that what causes the oil seal in the shock to go bad so suddenly?

the reason I mentioned the weight in the front is because it is deffinately in the front two that is giving me the most problem.
