Has anybody port/polished/ ceramic coated the exhaust manifold. Any feedback?

all that stuff is usually done in conjunction with a turbo swap and other stuff, so its difficult to judge exactly how much of a performance effect it has. The manifolds are already double walled, so the main benefit of coating is reduced underhood temps - which is obviously a good thing.

Porting 'n polishing probably can't hurt - but its exact performance benefits haven't been measured AFAIK

As B5QShip said, it's tough to say because it's usually only done as part of a turbo swap.

I am planning on doing a mild polish, and swaincoat my exhaust manis.

you can see how nasty the stock ports are. As long as you don't take the weld away entirely you'll be fine....helps for increased exhaust flow, decreased spool time ect... Also the coating does help some to keep the exhaust heat in, where it can be used as engery to spool the turbine wheel....and reduces underhood temps. We are still going to do back to back testing of stock vs port/polished/coated manifolds, just have to find the time as it's very labor intensive to pull the motor just to swap exhaust manifolds

the new turbos but as you said that's a lot of dollars /labor. Oh well thanks for taking the extra time to post photos.
