Has anybody used those discs that supposedly keep off brake dust on your wheels?

...chance of experiencing brake fade and/or warped rotors.
If you really can't deal with the brake dust from the stock pads, a better choice would be to install some "dustless" pads such as Mintex RedBox or EBC Greenstuff pads.

Some of the responses are right about diminshed cooling with those covers. If you drive hard (hey, that's why you got the car, right?), you will overheat the brakes due to less airflow thru the wheel (basic explaination).
There is no such thing as a "dustless" pad, but some do dust less than others. Follow recommendations here for leat dusting pads.
