Does it have a greenish tint? The original mirrors have a goldish tint due to the internal liquid that breaks down causing bubbles. I called donnelly and was told newer style green tint mirrors use a plastic film to darken the glass so there is no internal fluid to worry about. They no longer produce the liquid type.

The pn of the mirror in my car is 4B0-857-511-C-01C.

World impex shows an updated pn 4B0-857-511-D-01C. I wonder if this pn is an updated "greenish tint" version??

$224 for a brand new green tint mirror is worth it.. If it's the same old style liquid filled junk I'd rather buy on ebay.
