Has anyone developed a kit to mate any phone to the built in mic and speaker that comes in our S4?

Any phone?
Ed Palisoc and James Reedy did one for Nokia, but it works best with non-GSM phones. I had one that worked beautifully with my 8260, but the Mic developed wierd harmonics with the 8390 series I got later.
There are a couple of FAQs in the tech section.

The following tutorial gives the pinouts...
You can rig your phone and phone's cradle to use the RJ-45 jack up front, use your phone's amplifier kit in back, and use the pin-outs on the DB-25 which plugs into the factory amplifier kit to use the built in mic and speaker.

click me

If you're not technically inclined, you can do what I do and hook it up to the stereo sytem using a
blitzsafe adapter to the CD changer in the trunk, run a long y-miniplug-adapter to the front, and then get a connector/mic for the phone to the miniplug adapter. What kind of phone do you have? I have a Samsung i600 Smartphone and pocketpctechs.com had an adapter for it.

I did it with the startac instructions, but would work just as easily with any phone adapter....
just route the output to the handsfree speaker to the car input, and the mic to the car mic's output. Then its just a matter off figuring out the volume and mute switch.
works pretty well, i'm happy with it.
