Has anyone gotten the replacement brackets from Neuspeed yet?

Hi Nick,
We are doing a mass shipment to several hundred owners at the rate of 15-20 bracket sets per day, so unfortunately there is no way for me to know exactly when your brackets shipped. However, if you already submitted your proof of purchase, your brackets were shipped by UPS. Delivery time varies from 1-6 days, depending on how far away from California you are located.

I'm not sure what the holdup is (I gave them my info WELL in advance of the brackets being made) but it's been 2 weeks now and no brackets.
