Has anyone had any trouble with Alcon rotors warping?

unfortunately Stasis doesn't have anything more agressive sourced. Seems like my only option would be to get a set of Hawk blues (HB105.620) for the B-type caliper and macine/cut the notches for the pins on the Mono 4 and then try cleaning the rotor with the custom fit blues. A PITA but cheaper than replacing brand new rotor rings.
I swear this is all from me half-heartedly bedding in the DS3000s before getting out on the track.

If you cannot get them cleaned off then that's probably the better solution.

and, as you can see from the photo, the cutter was able to get in right up against the hat. So really it is no different to any other rotor. The advantage of doing them on the hat is that you true them relative to the hat which is what is mounted on the wheel. So if there is any distortion in the hat this should take account of it. I found that my rotors were no longer true. But if you do later disassemble them you need to keep track of which way they went and reassemble them the same way.
The other way to true them would be to disassemble them and then have a machine shop skim the surface. The rotors without the hats should be absolutely flat and easy for anyone with the correct equipment to do.
I'd go the first route. It will be cheaper and easier to find people with the right equipment who can do it.
