has anyone had Audi make their car payment when it was in the shop a long time?

mine's been there for almost six weeks. I've called AoA several times, and they tell me to speak with the regional service guy. But he will not call me or see me in person. Not sure what the problem is.. any ideas? Have tried to see/speak to him four times in last two years.

Shop had mine for 5 weeks, and AoA is sending me a check.

My 98 A4 2.8 Q was in the shop for five weeks also...Dealer was waiting for a part for the transmission. Dealer gave me a VW Bug as a loaner. I called AOA to complain that I had made a car payment and I was not driving a comparable car. AOA said at first there policy was to provide a loaner as transportation and that they did not promise an A4. After venting for about a week I got them to pay half of my car payment. That was good enough for me considering the VW is about half the payment my A4 was...
