Default has anyone had fitment issues with x-1 having apr bi pipe & vast phenolic spacers?

i tried installing mine but the air duct section will not go in and it is raised.I believe it is from the intake section being raised, because of the phenolic spacers and the apr bipipe also raised from it. I removed it and went back to my old set up im going to call tony and see what we can do.

I have all 3 and the only issue is getting the AEM filter to fit in there perfectly. The X-1 itself fits fine.

Default I had the same issue with an older version X-1.

Back when it was two pieces glued together. The smaller piece that was part of the air duct came loose from the larger part.

Default fitting the X1 is a stretch to begin with. Im not surprised this mod combo has issues. try:

try clocking the upper IC hoses to change the angle the intake pipes.

Default I have the fiberglass X-0.5, ASP manifold spacers and APR bipipe. Bipipe hits it

I can see where there is rubbing going on as well. If it hits (or is close) with the engine off, under load the engine has a bit of vertical movement.

I'm also not really happy with how wedged the AEM filter is between the intake and the headlight. I think they need to revise the mold.

Currently running stock airbox.

Default I have the X-1, bipipe and Autospeed phenolics...no problems here

I have one of the 1st 15 X-1´s that came out I believe. PITA to get the front section in but it´ll go. Did you remove the front rubber strip on the car before installing the X-1? It makes it slide in much easier...
