Default order up some aluminum pieces and have them painted at a body shop

aircraft stripper takes the printed crap off of the aluminum real nice... you can even get the non-quattro passenger side trim so there is no (blinggy) quattro badge for an even smoother look.

body shops can use a nice thick surfacing primer and get them looking really smooth... I'd go with LY9B which iirc is Brilliant Black, and just lacquer em up real thick for a deep glossy look.. then wax em up with zymol or your poison of choice.

I've got a bunch of al pieces I need to prep & paint at work... they got put on teh back burner since I had to do my TB, 272 cams and next the LWFW needs to go in once I have my clutch disc in hand.

There's some wood trim in the classifieds, that's easier to paint.

Poll, if anyone would paint the trim other than black or silver, what would it be?

I wonder what Imola would look like? But I would probably go with the Piano Black trim.
