Has anyone replaced the driver door hinges to cure a sagging door?

Holy hell. This is a major problem for me and is going to be a spring/summer project.
I think mine is unfortunately a result of when I got hit by a drunk driver, but I want to spend some quality time and dive into the two pieces and try to fix it fundamentally (sans floor jack).
keep me posted, kevin.

I just did this last night. 1/8 is too thick for me and the door has to be slammed to be shut.
I can't adjust the striker high enough. So I'm going to go with 1/16 tonight.
Also, I need to move my striker in (towards car) more but I'm out of adjustment. I'm going to have a machine shop slot the stiker holes keep the countersink. I'll post pics when finished.

The door may be too high now. You shouldn't have to slot the holes on the striker...
do you know that the window frame is also adjustable? There are four bolts, two at the front and two at the rear, on the bottom half of the door. Loosen these to adjust the upper window frame up/down and in/out.

Yeah, probably too high. Try something a little thinner.
I would avoid adjusting the window frame. While that will eliminate wind noise, it does not address the real issue here, which is the hinge. Solve that, and cure both wind noise and door closure.

I adjusted my window frame a long time ago. That part is good.
I'm actually going to slot the striker in-to-out, not for height. Once I put a smaller shim in, the height will be fine.
The in-to-out need is because my door didn't latch tightly before I had a shim in there. So I'm going to move my striker in towards the driver seat a bit.
This car was in a small fender bender that hit the driver door. I can tell because I can barely see where it was repainted (some runs). So this is why things may be out more than a typical door sag.
