Yes, I bought two switchblade keys from Ebay, the company name was keylessride.com.
Great service and support.
Took the keys to my dealer to be cut for about $30. I programmed the remotes in about 5 minutes.

I have bought an uncut key off of ebay, and had to get the dealer to cut it so I could program it. I was told that it may cost as much as $50 to have it cut. However, I took it in myslef and the guy who cut it must have been in a good mood becasue he just told me not to worry about a charge. So, you might get lucky.
