Default Directly from Eric. The core he's using has quite a bit more restriction than an
off the shelf unit according to him since he was aiming for more streamlining and thermal efficiency. Another reason why it costs so damned much. ;-)

Default 20hp was only on the second run with no changes to the software
with some software adjustments there is definately more of a hp increase in store.
