The flooring has held up incredibly well!
I'm very happy with it.

https://forums.audiworld.com/s4/msgs/2033036.phtml</a

The epoxy floor paint is great, really brightens up the garage. Better light, easier to find dropped stuff, spills don't soak in. Adheasion can be a problem though, especially where the tires sit. Hot tires can peel up the paint.
One thing to check is for water vapor coming up through the concrete. Tape a 1' square of plastic on the floor for a couple days and see if moisture collects under it. If so, it would be better to use stain. Old oil spots are going to be hard to get paint to stick to, they have to be cleaned up very well. The entire surface has to be etched, neutralized, and cleaned before application of the paint. The paint has a limited pot life once you mix the 2 parts together, so you have to get it down fast.
Concrete stain takes a lot less prep work, is easier to apply, and is more robust. You don't have to worry about it peeling off. That might be worth considering also, depending on your circumstances.
Hope that helps,
Dave

It's funny, but I always get compliments on how nice my garage floor looks. While I'm sure a profesional epoxy would be better this is nice non-the-less.

http://www.rustoleum.com/product.asp?frm_product_id=56&SBL=1</a

Nothing beats dyed concrete. This is different from Stain which is put on concrete after it cures. Concrete dye is mixed into the concrete truck, usually one pail per yard of concrete.
The color goes entirely through so any damage ever can be ground out. The surface is then sealed with a brush on sealant. I use this combination sometimes for residential interiors. It is beautiful and durable and repairable. It should last forever. Look up Stampcrete on line for these products.

In the photo it looks like that door is higher up the wall than the open one would be. Or is the lift one not closed all the way? I'm hoping to have matching doors, but just have a higher track like yours for the lift bay. Thus, curious what you have.
