Default Have to baby clutch going into 2nd gear
I recently bought a 2000 S4 with a brand new clutch, brand new as in practically zero miles on the clutch. I expect a new clutch to be more grabby, but when I go into second gear I have to either let the revs drop before I let the clutch up, or let the clutch out very gently or else the car does a little stutter, and just isn't smooth. Could it be just the new clutch or is something not right here or is this just normal.

Oil/Grease on clutch face or flywheel needs to be resurfaced

Default the difference between 1st and 2nd gear ratio is HUGE on S4
It takes a little getting used to.
