Default Have U Received Your Notice Of The Class Action Suit Against AUDI & Bridgestone????..........

I received my copy in the mail this week. It's being mailed to the ORIGINAL buyers or lessees of 1999, 2000, and 2001 S4s & TTs.

Those ****TY Bridgestone tires have finally caught up with AoA !!!!

Next (a class action suit is needed for) those Godd**n TURBOS AoA installed in our cars!!!!!

AoA can take their "FOD" line and suck on it.

I just might contact the lawyers in the class action suit against AoA & Bridgestone and let them chew on the S4 turbo problems.

Default Didn't get it yet. But I've moved since initial purchase, and I refinanced away from Audi Financial

so I hope someone knows where to find me.

Are the Bridgestones really any worse than the P6000's? Mine had golf-ball sized bubbles.

Default Not entirely sure how they found me, either...

I'm not with Audi financial, I've moved since I bought the car. They know my new S4 is associated with that address, but not the old one. Aparently Audi must know I owned both of them...

Default Like I've said before, this sets the precedent for suing for MAF, O2 sensors, windshield washer (m)

system, TBB, F-hose, seat frame, K03s, and on and on and on...

Default Doubtful, most of those are either not safety related, or are problems caused by mods.

You couldn't possibly sue successfully about K03's because Audi covers stock cars. The other items are normal wear parts, with the exception of the seat frame and washer resevoir, and I can't see a jury in a trial finding Audi's liable because of the resevoir failures or wobbly seat frames.
