Default Having a persistant brake vibration issue. Is it normal to hear a whirring sound when braking

from slotted rotors? I'm running Powerslot rotors front (slotted OEM rear), Hawk pads and SS brake lines, and the brakes have never felt right. It seems to be worse when its wet, but under harder braking I'll hear a deep whirring sound and feel a subtle vibration throughout the car as I initially stomp on the brakes. It will fade a little as it slows down. If its wet out and I've just started driving (after startup) the sound and vibration is worse and it feels like I have to push the pedal farther and harder to get the same amount of braking effect. Kinda scary. It also seems to want to pull to the right under harder braking in these situations, and the right rotors are definitely warmer to the touch than the left. What could be causing this? Sometimes when coming to a stop I'll hear for a few seconds a pump running and feel a very slight pulsation through the pedal. Also, if I'm driving slowly and hit a bump occasionally I'll hear this same sound. Could this be due to the ABS module?
I've looked under the car and everything looks fine and there is no unusual wear on the rotors that I can see.

Default Subscribing. Same issue, I've always had it with my slotted rotors and HPS pads.

Car has always sucked when braking in wet conditions regardless, but whirring and vibration are def. worse after slotted rotors and HPS pads.

Default Deposits on the rotor. Slight vibration due to slight imbalance due to deposits. Whirring is most

likely tire noise from the slight wobble due to imbalance.

Default The rotors are almost new (2,000miles) and seemed to do it from the beginning. No visible deposits.

Doesn't explain how moisture affects them.

Default Yep, mine did it as soon as I got them on. Did a fluid flush and everything else. Whirring and

vibration every time I hit the brakes the first 1 or 2 times when its very wet out.

Yeah, maybe its the pads? Anyone else experience this with Hawk HPS pads and slotted rotors?

Default Slotted rotors will make that sound.

As for the brake fade in wet, i dont know. Initial bit in wet with a slotted rotor should be better but i the fade is odd.
