Having some issues with boost and misfires.

Recently Ive been having issue with misfires at WOT. When boost will spike I will get a shudder/misfire, it almost sounds and feels like a bunch of fuel is being dumped, but fuel is normal via ECUx. The higher the boost spike, the more prevalent the misfire. I am getting cyl 1 and 4 misfires and I swapped 4 to 5 and saw a minimal increase in misfires on 5 but they still remained on 1 and 4 as well.
I have changed the plugs, swapped coilpacks, new 02s, newish EGTs. Not sure what else it could be. I am going with all new coilpacks and hopefully that will help. Mine have 130k miles on them so it cant hurt.
And today I noticed a weird boost issue. It will spike normal and taper to about 21psi at 6800ish and all of sudden it will settle down to 19psi immediately, not a taper but a quick drop. Boost is set to about 24psi but if I ease into the throttle once and awhile it will spike to 20psi and hold.
I just pressure tested the car recently and had no issues. Could it be a torn WG line? Engine coolant temp sensor? Could a sensor or the misfires affect my boost? Thanks for any input this car is driving me crazy.
