Having some problems with rubbing (and tire shredding) 235 45 18 GSD3's on 18" BBS CH

Raise your ride height another 3/8"...
...I can tell by the pics they're 235/40-18's, not 235/45's as you typed, but I've also run through 2 sets of 235/40-18 GS-D3's with track sports. CH's have a further out offset of ET32 IIRC (compared to my ET35's). With that, you're going to shred them unless you get a lot closer to 26. Remember that with a taller 235/40, a 25.8" ride height is really the same setting as a 25.6" ride height with shorter 225/40 tires, and about a 25.3" setting with riduculous low-profile tires like 235/35's.
