head install question: TDC and head orientation

head install question: TDC and head orientation
so i took about a year off a rebuild i was doing lol (bad idea) lucky i labeled all my stuff so i shouldnt have a big issue putting it back together, but it been so long i forgot alot of the other stuff about my rebuild so i had some questions, bout to put my heads back on now
TDC: using the lock pin too, which cylinder is suppose to be at TDC for the head install? i thoght it was one on the pass side, but im not sure thats y im asking
heads: which orientation are the heads suppose to be facing? they look almost the same w/ the cam/tensioners in them
