Find the hoses and clip them off..or route them back to the reservoir. But..
don't you want to keep clean light lenses at night ? Also, dirty xenon light will cause bad glare to oncoming drivers.

I agree, those things are a pain in the a**
I like to have a very clean windshield, so I use the washers a lot, and every time I do, the headlight sprayers soak the hood of the car and ruin a nice wash job.
