Default Find the hoses and clip them off..or route them back to the reservoir. But..

don't you want to keep clean light lenses at night ? Also, dirty xenon light will cause bad glare to oncoming drivers.

Default I agree, those things are a pain in the a**

I like to have a very clean windshield, so I use the washers a lot, and every time I do, the headlight sprayers soak the hood of the car and ruin a nice wash job.

They should only operate when the headlamps are on.

Default yes, near the front, bottom, of the reservior

you can see it by looking under the power steering reservoir, from the front. The plug is in plain view.
