Headlight Washer Pump

Installed headlight washer pump. The tank now holds fluid and windshield jets and wipers work fine, but the headlight washers do not shoot water or even pop up. Fuse is fine. Any suggestions?

Were your headlights on when testing? They need to be for the sprayer to work.
