I've seen quite a few posts here (via search) about sunroof "rattle". While I have that issue going over bumps, my *larger* concern and point of annoyance is the super-fast and loud vibration from the headliner whenever the sunroof is open. It seems to be air catching in the opening where the sunroof goes in, causing the headliner to vibrate up and down very quickly.

This issue seems to be getting worse as time goes on, and I'm wondering if the solution is the same as for the sunroof ratle: remove headliner and either tighten sunroof frame or replace rails, or if there's another solution all together.

Anyone know of a fix?

click the sunroof one notch closed "when open", that makes my rattle go away
