Heat wrap and fiberglass. How do I make them stick together? Extra resin didn't work.

You'll need to use fiberglass hairs in the resin to fiberglass bond.

to heat wrap, which is fiberglass based but resin alone won't make the two stick together. You need to add fiberglass hairs to strengthen the area between the wrap and the glass, since resin alone won't do it. Fiberglass hairs are basically a shedded mat of fiberglass so you can fill in cracks, gaps and other irregular sufaces.
