Heater core replacement sucks. so far, HVAC removal sucks the most in the whole process....

i think when you get this far you SHOULD be able to fix those flaps....
i think at this point you can access those blend flaps with ease. i might throw some add-ons to these instructions to make it go a bit easier. i had quite a bit of trouble figuring out some of the stuff, and i think a couple things could be done in different order to make it go easier, and a couple things were left out.
all and all, a good write-up. helped out a bunch.

# Give it a try..
# Try to pull the dash cover forward and up. The only thing that holds the windshield side of the dash down are 2 clips. The dash SHOULD come right out now, and you should now be seeing the aluminum frame, the HVAC box, and a ridiculous amount of wiring.
