heavy vs light weight wheels how do they reflect on 1/4mile times? Anyone do any testing?

Are all tires of different brands but the same size basically the same weight? Not worth worrying...

No, tires can be different too. For example...

Toyo Proxey T1-S is a fairly lightweight tire (probably because it's a bit narrow for it's size). At 225/40R18 it weighs 22 lbs. The Bridgestone S03 weighs 25 lbs. This data from the manufacturers' websites.

Also note that smaller radius is really the way to go for decreasing rotating mass...for both wheels and tires.
