Default HELP: 17539 - O2S: B2 S1: Internal Resistance too High

Been clearing this code, but it comes back. Where is this O2 sensor located? I assume B2 means BANK 2 and S1 is Sensor 1. Where exactly is this?

In addition, I get these codes prior to the one mentioned above:

17545 - Long Term Fuel Trim Add.Fuel (Bank 1) System too Rich
35-00 - -
17547 - Long Term Fuel Trim Add.Fuel:Bank2 System too Rich
35-00 - -

Any ideas/suggestions?

Default MAF was replaced 3 months ago.

The codes thrown prior to replacing the MAF indicated the System too Lean. Car was in limp mode. I changed the MAF and it solved the limp mode and lean issue.

Now itīs the opposite. Itīs running rich.
