I'm throwing:
16805
Warm Up Catalyst: Bank 1: Efficiency Below Threshold
16815
Warm Up Catalyst: Bank 2: Efficiency Below Threshold
I tried tapping the cats with a mallet, and I didn't hear any rattling. I recently replaced the front O2 sensors. What should I try next?
But what I really don't get, is other threads say the cats could be bad. I crawled under the car, and the back O2's are still before the cats. How would that relate?
Thanks

Are the rear O2's used solely to test the functionality of the cats? I.e. is there a real point in replacing them besides a CEL?

...but not sure how far up the cats are. I just know the turbo on my Miata has shielding like that all around it.
