Default HELP: does anyone know if an RS4 TBB will fit.....

so as many of y'all know my car is still at the dealer. it is scheduled to be looked at (finally) today (wed.).

if it is a TBB problem, i may want to ask them to replace the TBB with something better. yeah i know there are reinforced ones sold by other companies, but do you know if the RS4 TBB will fit without any problems? i am currently running an APR ECU chip and hyperboosts.

i was also considering putting in an APR bipipe kit.

let me know asap. TIA.

Default The RS4 is metal just like the APRs BUT.....

the Metal TBB is for use with the RS4 TB which is for use with the RS4 intake manifold. Inorder for it to be use you need to swap a whole out of things..

guess i will go with either an AMS reinforced or samco.

i might just go overkill and order the APR bipipe.

Default Not a boot, but a pipe as others have suggested. Istook made an adapter since the ID/OD is not the

same as the S4/A6 throttle body. Search should yield some pics.

Default Just space out the GBs...

so people don't have to eat only one meal a day to take advantage of them.

Default info on RS4 TB and intake Manifold

Basically you really can't do it unless you are planning on an APR(TBD), AMS, or MTM(?) kit.

https://forums.audiworld.com/s4/msgs/1102178.phtml</a
