Default Hey bro, in addition to tomato juice, let me give you some other IMP

advice!

W/out going into detail, a skunk had gotten into our garage 1 night, dog went after it, skunk sprayed. I hadn't realized it until a few weeks later when I went to wash my car, that skunk spray caused yellow spots on the side of the car where he was when he sprayed. THEY WOULD NOT COME OFF and I've (in my mind)have every cleaning product known to man.

Make sure you rinse/wash your car.

Default DON'T use tomato juice or any other "home-made" remedy. Buy "Skunk-Out"...

or something like that at a Pet store. Have used this stuff several times and it really works (used it on my cats). It contains an enzyme that destroys the mercaptans (odor causing chemicals in skunk juice). You can use it full strength or dilute it with water. Anything else will just smell like skunk and whatever tonic (skunky tomato juice still smells really bad!).

Good luck! Veterinarian offices will also usually have this stuff; it also comes in shampoo formula as well as the "rinse" stuff I mention at the top of my post. This is from experience...
