Help. I'm losing pressure from valve stem. How do you adjust to stop this?

to a good air pressure source (compressor or tank) then you can actually change the valves. Might be worth it to you to avoid a trip to the tire shop if it's the valve itself.

Maybe one like this - the far end has a square notch in it that allows you to screw in/out the valve core. The threaded parts are for repairing the inner and outer threads of the valve stem.
Or this one just puts them in or takes the cores out.

Any service station that changes tires will have a valve stem tool just for this. It shouldn't be more than $5 or $10 and 5 minutes of your time.
