Negatory to your comments. I'm sitting here with an Audi OEM parts book in my hands.
It's a "Door Shell" which is the entire door, minus the interior panels and internals.
The schematic is in front of me.

Sorry, I wasn't ignoring your post. I am just looking for information for my mother to use in reply to the estimate from the body shop. I have told her that there is a black one available, but I have not heard back from her yet. I will let you know if she decides that she wants to buy yours and have it installed/painted locally. Thanks for the offer.

No. We are not talking semantics. A door shell is the whole door. A door skin is the outer, visible
sheetmetal panel.
Many cars can have just the door skin replaced.
A4/S4's have to have the whole door shell replaced.
The terms are very different in the body shop world and a shell generally costs far more than a skin.
Absolutely no hard feelings, but your statement of semantics is not accurate. These are two distinct, different parts.
