So I was coming over the hill to work just now and as usual my check engine light came on, got to work busted out the VAG-COM expecting just an o2 code and I got this...

17539 - Oxygen (Lambda) Sensor; B2 S1: Internal Resistance too High
P1131 - 35-10 - - - Intermittent
16684 - Random/Multiple Cylinder Misfire Detected
P0300 - 35-00 - -
16686 - Cylinder 2: Misfire Detected
P0302 - 35-00 - -

I'm thinking its either a side effect of the O2 dying or coilpacks and plugs?

Looks like maybe O2 sensor on way out. Clear codes and see if it comes back.

failing primary O2's can certainly cause misfires, time to replace.
